Dr. Crisp is a sports medicine physician and physiatrist based out of Arizona that has a vast wealth of knowledge on the human body and how it moves, forged from a diverse background of training and optimizing client’s health, nutrition, and fitness levels.

Dr Crisp started as a personal trainer and later graduated as a Doctor of Osteopathy and began his career as a sports medicine physician with an emphasis on functional movement patterns.

His expertise truly shines through in this conversation where we tackle subjects such as what to do when you come across poor technique in the gym, how nutritional ideas and practices have changed over the last 10 years, and how to be successful in your career and set yourself apart from the competition.
